Ashok Kumble is a seasoned industry leader with over 40 years of experience in the agrochemical and pesticide sector. He possesses deep expertise in aligning manpower, materials, and financial resources through modern ERP-driven systems, enhancing operational efficiency and overall business performance. Throughout his career, he has led Materials and Supply functions across Intermediates, Technical, and Brand segments in multiple pesticide organizations. His professional journey also includes valuable multinational exposure with Cheminova India, further strengthening his global perspective and operational excellence.

Currently serving as a Consultant for Tagros Chemicals India Private Limited – Materials Division, he heads the Mumbai Branch Office. During his 17-year association with Tagros, he has made significant contributions to pesticide and herbicide manufacturing, supporting products with a strong international presence. As Director of Arqivo Crop Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he plays an instrumental role in driving the company’s rapid growth, strengthening its footprint in India and supporting its global expansion vision.
